Ingrediente:

  • 4 ouă,
  • 100 g zahăr,
  • 100 g unt,
  • 100 g nuci,
  • 3/4 kg vişine
Glazura:
  • 1 albuş,
  • 100 g zahăr

Se scot sâmburii de la vișine, se scurg bine de zeamă pe o sită. Se freacă gălbenuşurile cu zahărul până se fac ca o cremă. Se adaugă untul frecat spumă, nucile pisate şi albuşurile bătute spumă.

Se coace jumătate din amestec. Se aşază vişinele deasupra, apoi restul de cocă și se dă din nou la cuptor, pe cărămidă sau pe grătar, ca să nu se ardă la fund.

Glazura:

Se freacă albuşul cu zahărul pudră, proaspăt cernut şi adăugat treptat cîte o lingură. Se colorează cu zeama scursă din vişine.
