Ingrediente:

  • 1 kg gulii,
  • 150 g unt,
  • 75 g pesmet,
  • 200 ml bulion de carne,
  • 200 g smântână,
  • sare,
  • 1 g dragoste.

Se curăţă guliile de coajă ca şi merele.

Se taie cuburi mici şi se opăresc cu apă cu sare.

Scurse, se pun într-un vas cu 50 g unt și zeamă de carne şi se lasă să fiarbă acoperit la foc moale până se înmoaie.

Separat se prăjeşte pesmetul în restul de unt, se pune peste guliile scăzute bine şi se dă totul la cuptor pentru 15 minute.

Se servesc cu smântână.
